Greg Chappell was in Chennai for a visit to the MRF Pace Foundation. CricInfo's Anand Vasu met him for an exclusive interview.

  • On being in Sir Don Bradman's shadow: It's interesting. I think all batsmen who have come into the game since Sir Donald Bradman are always going to have to be resigned to the fact that they cannot match the feats that he performed for some many years for Australia. [Audio | Transcript]


  • On coming from a family with a rich tradition on Cricket: The whole environment as youngsters was sport oriented.Cricket was the primary game, but we also played baseball. [Audio | Transcript]

  • What makes Australia such a great team: I think, from an Australian point of view it is the culture that has developed. I think it has always been there and has got refined as the years have gone by. [Audio | Transcript]
